Impact & Influence
3rd Annual ILA Marketing Forum Mini-Conference
Sponsored by OrangeBoy
Join us for the third annual Illinois Library Association Marketing Forum Mini-Conference! A new format this year will feature speakers from inside and outside the library world. They’ll share ideas about how we as marketers, accidental/occasional marketers, and library staff members can impact and influence our communities.
New for this year: A virtual poster session!
Has your library and its marketing team done outstanding work regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in your community? If so, please consider sharing your best practices and success stories with your colleagues! We're looking for six libraries to share 3-5 minute, pre-recorded, video poster sessions with our conference attendees during the break.
If you would like to submit a poster session, please send your name, your library's name, and your DEI poster session proposal (250 words or less) to Tamara Jenkins at tjenkins@ila.org. If your poster is selected, you will need to create a 3-5 minute video "poster session" to present your topic and you must be present over the lunch break to answer questions from participants via online chat. The submission deadline is Friday, April 2.
