Circulation Catch-up: Staff Morale

Join LACONI's Circulation Services Section for another Lunchtime Zoom conversation. This month we will start off the conversation with a short presentation on staff morale ideas. It can be tricky lately to acknowledge or praise staff in the way we used to, and sometimes you need more than individually wrapped treats. After the presentation, we can discuss other ideas or ways you have helped morale in your department or library. What things you have seen on Etsy that might do the trick?
