Program Description
This program will cover the services offered by the Cataloging Maintenance Center (CMC), with a split focus on metadata services and detailed information about the types of materials that qualify for free cataloging.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, participants will understand what the Cataloging Maintenance Center can do to help Illinois member libraries catalog and describe their materials.

Cheri has been a cataloger since 1996, joining the Cataloging Maintenance Center in 2008. She has experience in all forms of cataloging, training new catalogers and helps develop local cataloging procedures for Illinois Heartland Library System.
