Marketing Forum Roundtable: How to Welcome and Bring People Back into the Library Part Two

Join the ILA Marketing Forum for its monthly roundtable discussion on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.

The topic is a continuation of the January discussion on how to welcome patrons back into libraries. Also, ILA Marketing Forum member Kristie Leslie, Marketing Manager at the Helen Plum Library, will share details on a welcome email drip campaign she is working on for new cardholders. Participants should bring ideas and strategies for welcoming patrons back to the library and be prepared to share. 

This event is free to all Illinois libraries and you do not need to be a member of the ILA Marketing Forum to attend. This event will be recorded.
