  • 3/22 10:00 AM Understanding OCLC Statistics - a look at monthly statistics and how to report to management and others, as well as gauge your efficiencies
  • 4/19 10:00 AM Providing electronic copies to libraries (and your patrons) - Using Article Exchange you can securely share electronic articles, table of contents, and requested chapters based on copyright guidance
