This session sets the foundation for what Illinois library Trustees should do (and not do!) to efficiently and effectively serve the library. Topics covered include the duties, roles, and responsibilities of Trustees, along with scenarios for discussion and Q+A.  Plus, we will discuss Board-Director relationships and productive meeting tactics.
