Record sets are the unsung heroes of Polaris! There are many ways record sets can help with day-to-day work and, because we love to use record sets ourselves, CCS is offering two training sessions all about Record Sets.
Part 1 will be an introductory session to creating and managing record sets in Leap. During this one-hour virtual session, attendees will learn how to create a new record set from scratch, create a new record set from Leap Find Tool search results, add and remove records from a set, add and export records in a set from files, and general record set maintenance.
This session is geared towards staff who are brand new to record sets, but all are welcome to attend! The session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be emailed to attendees roughly one week before the session. Session will be recorded and posted online for those who are not able to attend live.
