About This Event

Note:  This class is now full.  Another BCA training will be added to L2 for April 12th in the next day or two.

BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) training for RSA members wanting to obtain an analytics login. This is a broad overview and serves to get users acquainted with BCA.

This is not a deep-dive into more complex reports or anything that exports personally identifiable information (PII) of patrons. For that, you will need to attend Advanced training after attending a Basic session.

Register here in L2 by the end of the day April 4th to attend.  RSA staff will be in touch to get your information to set up a BCA account for you.  We will provide the Zoom link and BCA user via email to registered attendees.
