The National Change of Address database (or, NCOA) allows libraries to identify patrons who moved and have registered a new address with the USPS. CCS libraries have the option of participating in a group NCOA submission. By opting-in to the group submission, your library can see which of your patrons still reside in your service area and which have moved away.
This webinar will provide an overview of the Unique Management's National Change of Address (or, NCOA) service and how CCS libraries can opt-in to a group submission. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the session.
