About This Event
The PrairieCat Resource Sharing Summit is back - and you won't want to miss it! This event will be facilitated by Amanda Standerfer, Fast Forward Libraries consultant. The focus will be on re-engaging patrons and evaluating what's working (and what's not).
Program Description: Sharing resources goes beyond just “stuff!” Join us at this year’s Resource Sharing Summit to share ideas and support. We’ll take a deep dive into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our libraries and how to bring patrons back. We’ll explore usage data and trends, hear from colleagues about what’s working at their libraries, and share our experiences and ideas as we adjust to the new normal. You’ll leave the Summit with a better sense of what we collectively experienced (how bad was it?) and ideas for how to move forward. If you are in a supervisory role or involved in marketing and programs, please join us to learn and share!
Please note, this is an in-person only event. This program is designed for public libraries.
Lunch will be provided from 12:30 - 1:00 pm. Please list any dietary restrictions when registering. Registration will close October 31.
The program will be in the Yusanas Meeting Room at DeKalb PL.
