There are two solar eclipses coming up in October 2023 and April 2024, and it's never too early to start preparing! One anticipated area of public interest is how to safely view the Sun - especially if you don't have safe solar viewing glasses.
In this second session in a solar eclipse educational series presented by Chicago's Adler Planetarium, we'll cover simple and safe ways to view an image of the Sun using everyday materials from around your library.
All ILA Noon Network webinars are free and recordings will be made available shortly after the webinars. Registration for all live webinars is limited to Illinois libraries. Others may view the recordings when they are available.
