In 2017, ITPLD (Indian Trails Public Library District) developed a Culture Code statement outlining how staff work as a team to achieve the library's mission and goals.
Beginning in 2021, a committee of staff members worked on revising this document to better reflect the library's internal culture. This webinar will discuss the committee's process for developing the library's revised Culture Code.
During this webinar, you will learn how the Culture Code was originally created, why the decision to revise the Culture Code was made, how staff feedback was incorporated into the revision process, and how the language of the Culture Code was updated to better reflect the library's organizational culture, including changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

All ILA Noon Network webinars are free and recordings will be made available shortly after the webinars. Registration for all live webinars is limited to Illinois libraries. Others may view the recordings when they are available.
