About This Event
Join IHLS members and staff from around central and southern Illinois for a bi-monthly membership forum.
These meetings are where you can hear the latest IHLS system news, updates from the state library, and from a guest speaker on important or arising topics facing the library community. IHLS Members Matter events are also opportunities for you to tell IHLS staff and leadership your thoughts, needs, and how IHLS can better help provide you with the tools you need to make your library successful. IHLS Members Matter is part of the Third Thursday CE series.
Part I: Special Presentation on _Gathering Data and Knowing How to Use It. ________
Grant Halter from RAILS will focus on gathering data, and an in-depth look at how I analyze the stats and show off the IPLAR dashboard(s) he created. The session will be recorded.
Part II: System Updates
Updates from Illinois Heartland Library System, SHARE, and the Illinois State Library. If there's time, we'll also open the floor for round-robin updates from libraries and an opportunity to let IHLS and ISL staff hear your library's wins, what obstacles your library is facing, and what you need from us.
Advance registration is required. Please register through this L2 page.
