LACONI CSS and POP have joined together for the first in a 3 part series with Michelle Petersen, Library Department Head and Trainer!

LACONI CSS and LACONI POP invite you to a 3 part series with Michelle Petersen. The first program will be " Not Who But How: Creating a solution centered team." 

Using examples from her real-life experiences, Michelle shares some of her life and work philosophy in the context of the different ways staff members work differently and how they can work together to better serve patrons and each other.

Look out for the second part of the series "Delivering on Yes" coming in September 2023!
