Webinar Description:

Meet your deadlines, be on time for meetings, and stop procrastinating! Most of us can become overwhelmed when we have a lot to do—responsibilities at work, planning our kid's birthday party, and remembering all the details of daily life. This seminar will discuss realistic strategies for more effective time management. Some of the things we'll review are managing email clutter, the roots of procrastination, and keeping yourself motivated.

Brigette Tambini
WorkLife Training Institute

Brigette Tambini is a seasoned speaker and has developed “Campus Life” seminars and workshops. She has facilitated over 50 in-person webinars to various EAP clientele that included corporations, universities, colleges, manufacturing industries, and more.  She has worked as an academic advisor for 13 years in both private and public community and senior colleges.

Bridget currently works at Queensborough Community College, N.Y., as an Academic Advisor for ASAP, is a student-centered specialized program dedicated to increasing student retention and timely graduation. In her current role, Bridget creates and facilitates numerous workshops for students related to academic success in college which have included topics on transitioning from high school to college, time management, SMART goal setting, and motivation.  She is passionate about her work with students and has successfully helped them navigate their way through their college experience.

Bridget received her BA in Psychology and MAEd in School Counseling from Hofstra University, Hempstead.
