SWAN MessageBee Training (Session A)
The training webinars for the new SWAN service MessageBee will be held on May 9th and May 11th for all SWAN members that would like to learn how to access their portal to the service, including:
- Template configuration & customization options
- Troubleshooting scenarios for patron notifications
- Running reports for metrics on usage, email bounces, and SMS errors
We suggest designated library managers and marketing staff register for the webinar register for the training webinar. Please refer to shared details on SWAN Support on how to access your library's MessageBee portal.
The two training sessions (A & B) will be identical and are scheduled to allow as many staff as possible to attend. After the sessions, we will post a recording of the training to our support site.
