Learn strategies for building up your self-care reserve and how to say "no" without guilt.

Webinar Description:

Self-care often gets pushed to the back burner. It might be that we feel selfish taking time for ourselves when we could be doing things for others. Or, we might struggle to find the time and to make self-care a priority. But particularly in today's wireless world, where we are constantly responding to others, making time for self-care is a key component to managing stress and remaining resilient. During this interactive session, you'll learn strategies for building up your self-care reserve as well as how to say "no" without any guilt.

Brigette Tambini

Brigette Tambini is a seasoned speaker and has developed, created “Campus Life” seminars and workshops. She has facilitated over 50 in-person and webinars to various EAP clientele that included corporations, universities, colleges, manufacturing industries and more. She has worked as an Academic Advisor for 13 years in both private and public community and senior colleges. Bridget currently works at Queensborough Community College, NY as an Academic Advisor for ASAP. ASAP is a student-centered specialized program dedicated to increasing student retention and timely graduation. In her current role, Bridget creates and facilitates numerous workshops for students related to academic success in college which have included topics on transitioning from high school to college, time management, SMART goal setting and motivation. She is passionate about her work with students and has successfully helped them navigate their way through their college experience. Bridget has received her BA in Psychology and MAEd in School Counseling from Hofstra University, Hempstead.
