Youth Services Managers from RAILS public libraries meet regularly to discuss relevant topics. NYM meetings are located in north-east Illinois, but all Youth Services Managers are welcome to attend.

All RAILS Youth Services Managers share a Google group. Request to join the group here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/rails-ys-mgrs. In this Google group, NYM posts a call for agenda items before a meeting and the meeting minutes afterward.
