One solar eclipse down, and one to go! On Monday, April 8, 2024, an impressive solar eclipse will be visible across almost all of North America, with a narrow path that includes southern Illinois experiencing a dramatic total solar eclipse.
This will be the last total solar eclipse to cross the United States until 2044 and 2045. In our final session in a solar eclipse educational series presented by the Adler Planetarium, learn the "when," "where," and "how" for this incredible, and rare, celestial event.
