Join the IACRL Conference and Continuing Education Committee for a one-hour discussion on initiating or advancing Open Educational Resources (OER) initiatives with a focus on the Illinois State Library Grant for OER.
Gain insights from Kim Hale at Columbia College, Chicago Library, and Lauren Kosrow from the College of DuPage Library as they share their experiences with OER projects. Cathy Mayer from Elgin Community College will offer a grant writer's perspective. And, Daniel Matthews, former President of IACRL and current chair of the IACRL Awards and Nomination Committees, will share information about the OER Campus Kickstart: Award for Growing Illinois OER Programs.
This session is designed for both seasoned librarians engaged in OER projects and those venturing into this field. Following the discussion, there will be a Q&A session.
All IACRL webinars are free. The webinar recordings are available to all ILA personal members shortly after the webinars. Registration for all live webinars is limited to Illinois libraries.
