Want to know how to empathize with your more difficult patrons, or change the energy of a tough situation? Well, look no further than Theater! Learning the basics in theater and improv helped these librarians' ability to serve their communities and could benefit yours too. And you don’t even need to be on a stage. After all, All the world’s a stage."
