You're already engaging community members in a variety of ways, right? But do you know if it's working? And how do you get more people to engage?
Join us to learn how to create a community engagement plan that will help you coordinate your engagement efforts by designing a process to understand what's important to people in your community, how to best communicate with them, and how to ensure long-term support and advocacy.
While similar to strategic planning, member engagement planning involves assessing current engagement levels and creating an understanding of ideal community engagement and how to get there.
Attendees will understand how to create a plan that cultivates intentional engagement and moves community members to increased connection and support for your library.
