Webinar Description
Equipping managers and supervisors with resources that provide a better understanding of neurodiversity is key to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers all employees to thrive. In this session, we will evaluate how we can support employees to work cohesively from the intersection of neuro-distinct and neurotypical individuals. We will also provide guidance on building strong relationships, having effective communication, and using performance management for a more collaborative work environment which will lead to a more collaborative and successful organization.
