About This Event

RSA will be providing introductory BCA training at 1 PM on Thursday the 23rd of January.  If you’ve had an account setup for you but haven't yet had training, here is your chance.

After the introductory training, we’ll spend the rest of the time in general Q&A about BCA, reports in BCA, and anything else BCA related anybody wants to ask.

In addition to the standard BCA interface, we’ll also look at the new dashboard interface and reports available to run there.

Even if you are a BCA pro, you may still want to attend this training and Q&A session!  We expect 20 to 30 minutes of training, then the rest will be Q&A.

If you’d like to have a BCA account but don’t already, please get permission from your Director.  Then email the help desk (help@rsanfp.org) with your library name, your First and Last name, and your email address (which is where BCA will send emails with report data) BY 20 January!  We’ll get your account set up and email the information to you prior to the training on the 23rd.
