About This Event

Learn how the staff at Palatine Library District enriched cross-departmental relationships and are working to foster a culture of learning and growth with their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee.

Panelists will discuss starting a staff-led EDI Committee, their successes and setbacks, and ways to spark collaboration and inclusivity.
