About This Event

The SWAYS group provides professional resources, guidance, and mentorship to library staff providing services to children and teens.

Join us in-person at Freeburg Area Library District in Freeburg, IL for our May meeting. This is our annual business meeting. We will be voting in new officers and start planning SWAYS meetings for September 2025-May 2026. Officer openings include Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Interested in being an officer but not sure what it entails? You can contact Megan at meganp@edwpl.org with any questions. Ivy Cowen, current Vice Chair, will be the chair for 2025/2026. We will also be confirming Liaisons to MAYPL, iREAD, and Reaching Forward South.
