Discover strategies to build, sustain, and strengthen Friends groups to keep them strong and nimble as they adapt to the needs and challenges of present-day libraries.

This presentation will explore why Friends organizations matter today more than ever, and how they can continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of libraries and their communities.
