Does your library have event policies, specifically regarding food and beverages? The ILA Marketing Forum invites members of the Illinois library community to share their approaches during the virtual roundtable “Food, Drinks, and Events: Library Policy Insights,” on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to noon.

Are outside vendors permitted to provide food or beverages for events, either as hosts or partners? If your library has relevant policies or experiences, the forum would love to hear from you. Register to attend this free roundtable, and share your library’s event policy!
