Youth Services Managers from RAILS public libraries meet regularly to discuss relevant topics. MCATS Northeast meetings are located in the north and northwest suburbs of Illinois, but all Youth Services Managers are welcome to attend.
Youth Services Managers share the MCATS (Managers of Children's and Teen Services) listserv. In this listserv, MCATS networking groups post calls for agenda items before a meeting and a link to the meeting minutes afterward.
