About This Event
Is your library thinking of starting a makerspace and encouraging digital scholarship? What goes into the planning and implementation of a fab lab and digital scholarship hub? Join us and RAILS Makerspace Networking Group member and UIC Digital Scholarship librarian Heejoung Shin to talk more about what libraries should be thinking about when creating and fostering digital scholarship and the fab lab makerspace. This conversation will be for any type of library that needs inspiration to get their users making and participating in digital scholarship!
RAILS Online Roundtables are hour-long forums hosted on a specific topic. These forums are held via Zoom and any library staff from any Illinois library is invited to attend. This event will be recorded.
