Who Should Attend
We welcome staff at any level from all suburban Cook County public libraries, including frontline library workers, library leadership, and staff already doing formal or informal digital navigation work.
No tech expertise is required. We are here to learn from library staff who support community members every day and understand the real challenges, barriers, and assets in their communities, especially those most impacted by digital inequities.
What to Expect
This 2-hour session will be practical, collaborative, and welcoming. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Participants can expect:
- Small-group discussions and hands-on activities
- Space to share challenges, ideas, and what’s working
- Opportunities to help shape future funding and support for libraries
- Connecting with colleagues to build a shared understanding of libraries’ critical role in advancing digital equity
