About This Event

Youth Services Managers from RAILS public libraries meet regularly to discuss relevant topics. MCATS West meetings are located in the west, near-west, and south suburbs of Illinois, but all Youth Services Managers are welcome to attend.

Youth Services Managers share the MCATS (Managers of Children's and Teen Services) ListServ. In this ListServ, MCATS networking groups post calls for agenda items before a meeting and share a link to the meeting via the agenda or via email, as needed. Only Youth Services Managers, or their library's equivalent to a Youth Services Manager, will be permitted to attend meetings.
