Southwest Advocates for Teen Services (SWATS) is a group where library staff can meet to share program ideas, troubleshoot problems, discuss successes, and commiserate with other teen-focused staff.
We aim to provide professional resources, guidance, and mentorship in a collaborative setting. Each meeting will include open discussion time for last-minute problem-solving or recent wins.
