Our quarterly Southwest Adult Programmers Meeting is taking place at Tinley Park Public Library on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm. Light refreshments will be provided by our host library. The meeting will conclude with an optional tour by our host Wendy Babjak of the Tinley Park Public Library.
In preparation for the SWAP meeting, please bring a printed list of 3 (preferably recent) adult program recommendations. The list should include the program title, date, attendance number, cost, and presenter/performer contact information (phone, email, website). Please write a few sentences review about the presenter and program (i.e., what you appreciated, how it benefited your community, a summation of patron responses etc.)
Bring your library's upcoming/most recent newsletter, calendars or program guides.
I will reach out a week or so before the meeting to give everyone an estimated count of how many copies to bring.
