Join the RAILS Board of Directors at Moline Public Library on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 am for a tour of the library and gardens. After the library tour, travel to the RAILS Coal Valley Service Center for networking and lunch at noon. Meet Monica Harris, RAILS Executive Director and RAILS Board of Directors. This is also a great opportunity to network with other RAILS staff and colleagues from the Moline/Coal Valley area.
All library staff from all types of libraries are invited. Registration for the library/garden tour is required via the link above.
You are also welcome to stay for the RAILS Board meeting at 1:00 pm.

10:30-11:30 am: Moline Public Library tour of the library and gardens.
11:45 am-noon: Drive to RAILS Coal Valley Service Center (220 W. 23rd Avenue Coal Valley, IL)
