About This Event

You have a great program idea – now it’s time to make it happen.  Turning inspiration into a successful youth program takes more than creativity; it takes thoughtful planning, clear details, and a little preparation for the unexpected.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll work through the steps that take a program from idea to implementation.  You’ll learn how to identify missing details, plan supplies and timing, write clear instructions, anticipate challenges, and use AI as a practical planning tool. Come ready to think, collaborate, laugh, and leave with a repeatable planning process you can use to create stronger, more successful youth programs again and again.
