Newman Regional Library District is a independent local government unit supervised by a seven member board of trustees elected by the residents of the district which is comprised of Newman Township and southern Murdock Township in Douglas County, Illinois. We are a member of Illinois Heartland Library System which gives us access to extensive resources throughout Illinois.
