MEPL is for public library managers to get together and discuss issues, answer questions, share ideas, and occasionally have a guest speaker. These meetings are informal and no minutes are kept. This meeting Laura Keyes, Library Program Specialist at the Illinois State Library, will be joining us via Zoom for an update on recent changes to IPLAR. She'll highlight what's new and answer your questions to help making reporting easier and clearer.
In the Files section there is a campus map which indicates visitor’s parking and Building B. Walking into Building B from visitor’s parking, elevator will be straight ahead and stairs will be to the left just beyond the elevator; go to the second floor and we will be meeting in Conference Room 2074 (which will be sort of straight ahead/veer left at the top of the stairs/elevator). Stop by the Learning Resource Center on your way in which will be on the right on the first floor as you enter Building B.
The campus address is 601 James R Thompson Blvd, East St. Louis, IL 62201. Please double check your GPS/directions against the ones listed on the website as sometimes GPS will send people a round-about way. Here’s the number for the LRC in case you get turned-around: 618-874-8719.
