Join IHLS members and staff from around central and southern Illinois for our bi-monthly membership forum, IHLS Members Matter. These meetings are where you can hear the latest IHLS system news and from a guest speaker on an important or arising topic facing the library community. IHLS Members Matter events are also opportunities for you to tell IHLS staff and leadership your thoughts, needs, and how IHLS can better help provide you with the tools you need to make your library successful.

Finding Inspiration: Where to Find and How to Adapt Programming Ideas

Constantly producing new and creative programming ideas can be a challenge. If you have a limited budget and a small staff, it can seem impossible. A panel of programming staff from two libraries will discuss how they do it. We also encourage your participation in this discussion.

Staff from the Catlin Public Library and Vespasian Warner Public Library will discuss their programming efforts, share their successes, and what they learned from efforts that missed the target.
