Webinar Description:
In this session, we will delve into the complex topic of managing difficult and toxic employees
in the workplace. Whether it's dealing with disruptive behavior, negativity, or conflicts, this we
will provide perspectives and approaches for effectively handling such challenging situations.
Participants will learn how to identify different types of difficult and toxic behaviors and develop
strategies for addressing them constructively. We will explore the benefits of leading with a
strengths-based approach in both preventing and managing difficult situations. We will also
address how to manage those employees who, regardless of the effort put in, will continue to
assert negativity and disruptive behavior which may have the impact of creating a toxic
workplace. By the end of the session, participants will identify several ways to navigate and
resolve challenging workplace dynamics with confidence, fairness, and professionalism.
The session is interactive, and participation is encouraged.
