Webinar Description:
Performance management is more than an annual meeting. It is critical that managers
communicate regularly with employees and maintain documentation of those meetings. In this
session we will address why regular, balanced feedback is important as well as how to have
the uncomfortable conversations when an employee isn’t meeting performance expectations.
Topics covered in this session include:
- Owning the message.
- Preparing concrete examples.
- Gaining the employee’s buy-in.
- Summarizing and documenting
The session is interactive, and participation is encouraged.
